Terms of Service
Welcome to CountyPull. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, dashboard, and data delivery service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
CountyPull aggregates publicly available county-level records — including foreclosure notices, tax liens, probate filings, evictions, and code violations — and delivers them to subscribers in CSV format through a web dashboard.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. You agree to provide accurate account information.
3. Subscription & Payment
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy or PayPal. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. See our Refund Policy for details.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute raw CountyPull data to third parties without written permission.
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes, harassment, or to harm data subjects.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse our infrastructure.
- Share your login credentials with users outside your organization.
5. Data Source & Accuracy
All data is aggregated from publicly available government records. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that records are complete, current, or error-free. Users are responsible for verifying information before acting on it.
6. Intellectual Property
The CountyPull platform, branding, and compiled datasets are our intellectual property. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data for your internal business purposes.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. County data sources may experience downtime outside our control. See our Refund Policy for service disruption credits.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CountyPull and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CountyPull is operated. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration except where prohibited.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
