Refund Policy

At CountyPull, we want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with CountyPull within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase, you may request a full refund by emailing support@countypull.com. No questions asked.

After the 7-Day Window

Subscription fees are non-refundable after the initial 7-day window. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing — you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Pro-Rated Refunds

We do not issue pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods or for unused days within an active subscription.

Service Disruptions

If a county source becomes unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days and we cannot deliver the promised data for that county, we will credit your account a pro-rated amount or swap in an equivalent county at your option.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@countypull.com with your account email and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy or PayPal.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account termination.
