Open the Building and Property Violations dataset
Search for Building and Property Violations or go straight to the dataset page. These are violations issued by the Inspectional Services Department against buildings and properties — unsafe structures, failed maintenance, missing permits.
Open the data table
Click the Building and Property Violations resource under Data and Resources to open its preview table (about 17,000 rows). Each row has a filter box under the column header.
Filter to open violations and sort by date
